Responsibilities
- Manage service orders and oversee the daily flow of the service drive, ensuring every customer receives prompt, courteous, and professional service.
- Take ownership of the customer experience by providing outstanding service from check-in through vehicle delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
- Maximize technician productivity by efficiently scheduling and assigning repair orders.
- Coordinate workflow and distribute work effectively among technicians.
- Answer customer questions regarding vehicle maintenance, repairs, warranties, and recommended services.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction and Customer Success Index (CSI) scores at or above company standards.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle concerns and coordinate the ordering of necessary parts and tools.
- Oversee warranty claim administration while supporting and assisting the service department team.
- Reinforce company policies and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, manufacturers, and fellow team members.

- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
