Salary: $100,000–$105,000 annually
A Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as a Unit Manager. In this key role, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of your assigned unit, ensuring the highest standards of resident care while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for staff.

Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to nursing staff
Oversee resident care and ensure compliance with individualized care plans
Perform routine rounds and bedside assessments; monitor and respond to changes in resident condition
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Lead care plan meetings and maintain strong relationships with residents and families
Support clinical documentation and participate in ongoing assessments
Mentor, train, and develop nursing staff to promote professional growth
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
Long-term care / nursing home experience required
Prior Unit Manager or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
