About the Team: Join the TikTok USDS (U.S. Data Security) Talent Acquisition team as a versatile Talent Acquisition Partner supporting strategic hiring across our most critical technical and operational organizations. In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across Security & Privacy (S&P), Research & Development (R&D), and Trust & Safety (T&S) to drive full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. You will lead both technical and non-technical searches while leveraging market insights, talent intelligence, and data-driven strategies to influence hiring decisions and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. While your primary focus will be S&P and R&D, our team operates with agility; the ideal candidate is highly adaptable, intellectually curious, and comfortable context-switching to support broader T&S or operational business areas as priorities evolve. Responsibilities: - End-to-End Recruitment: Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple business lines, primarily driving Security & Privacy, R&D, and Trust & Safety searches. Remain flexible and adaptable to seamlessly pivot between highly technical profiles (e.g., Security Engineering, Data Science) and non-technical/operational searches. - Stakeholder Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and HR partners. Assess talent requirements, provide market insights, influence hiring decisions, and advise on optimal hiring strategies. - Strategic Sourcing: Utilize innovative techniques, talent research, and market mapping to discover, identify, and attract top passive talent in highly competitive, niche tech and security markets. - Candidate Assessment & Experience: Screen and select candidates effectively by rigorously assessing their technical skills, business acumen, and alignment with TikTok's fast-paced culture. Ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience from application to onboarding. - Complex Offer Negotiation: Drive the interview and offer stages, utilizing internal parity data and market intelligence to make salary recommendations and successfully close complex offer negotiations. - Data-Driven Strategy: Partner with hiring teams to analyze pipeline metrics (e.g., funnel conversion, channel distribution), identify process bottlenecks, and implement proactive recruitment solutions. - Operational Excellence: Navigate the highly regulated nuances of the USDS environment and manage broader TA-related projects—such as pipeline optimization, interviewer training, or referral programs—to drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Recruitment Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 2+ years of dedicated experience supporting Technical, Security & Privacy, R&D, or Trust & Safety organizations. - Requisition Management: Proven ability to manage diverse, complex technical and non-technical requisitions simultaneously, including exposure to leadership-level hiring. - Data Fluency: Strong analytical skills and data fluency to diagnose pipeline challenges and present clear, actionable solutions to leadership. - Strategic Sourcing: Advanced sourcing expertise (e.g., Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools) with a proven ability to conduct complex talent mapping and engage highly passive technical talent. Preferred Qualifications: - Leadership Recruitment: Proven experience managing leadership and specialized technical searches, with a strong track record of independently closing senior-level candidates. - Matrix Environment Experience: Experience operating within a large, highly matrixed organization, demonstrating the ability to navigate complexity, build trust, and align multiple senior technical and business stakeholders. - Adaptability: High intellectual curiosity with the agility to quickly context-switch between complex engineering profiles and operational/business functions as priorities evolve. - Builder Mindset: An entrepreneurial, problem-solving approach with the ability to thrive, execute, and create structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $97470 - $165680 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
