What You'll Do
- Lead and coach a team of two remote Project Coordinators.
- Keep restoration projects moving by coordinating inspections, schedules, and milestones.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation, compliance, and job records.
- Support billing and reporting while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in restoration, construction, project coordination, or a related field.
- Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- High school diploma required; college preferred.
- Background check required.
