Responsibilities for this position:
- Manage a pipeline of leads and develop relationships with potential students
- Heavy outbound calls (100 - 200 calls per day)
- Handle inbound & outbound calls to and from current and potential leads
- Conduct telephone and in-person interviews with prospective students
- Meet with candidates of a diverse population and provide factual and correct information on all school programs and services
- Provide campus tours to prospective students
- Arrange sales of services that the company provides
- Advise prospective students on services that best fit their current interests and skill levels
- Assist new candidates with the application process
- Check all documents and applicant files for completion and accuracy
- Manage the CRM system for tracking applicants

What We’re Looking For:
- Admissions Sales Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role within an educational setting.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Positive attitude, strong phone presence, active listening, and empathy.
- High Energy & Drive: Strong work ethic and the ability to excel in a results-oriented environment.
- Education: High school diploma required; some college experience is a big plus.
- Professionalism: Friendly demeanor and ability to connect with clients from all walks of life.

Requirements:
- 2 Years of experience in admissions/sales in an educational setting
- Have a high level of account management skills
- At least Associate Degree

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
