Aptus Health Care is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Manager's Assistant to provide support to our HR department with a variety of administrative tasks. In this position, you will play a role in recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and the maintenance of employee records. You will act as a point of contact for employee inquiries while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will participate in job fairs and contribute to enhancing employee morale through team-building activities. You will also be responsible for following up on patient reviews and addressing grievances, along with other tasks as required.

Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Previous experience in HR or administrative support roles is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software or databases.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
