We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Specialist with expertise in Odoo, a comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and skilled forklift operation. Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely to load, unload, move, and organize stock within the warehouse.
- Manage inventory levels using Odoo ERP system, ensuring real-time accuracy for stock counts, order fulfillment, and replenishment.
- Conduct picking and packing activities for orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment processes.
- Assist with shipping and receiving procedures by inspecting inbound/outbound shipments, verifying documentation, and recording transactions in the warehouse management system.
- Implement proper stocking techniques, organize materials efficiently on pallets or shelves, and maintain a clean and safe workspace adhering to safety regulations.
- Perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while following safety protocol adherence and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Support warehouse operations including order picking & packing, load & unload activities, inventory audits, and cycle counts to maintain optimal stock levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred), reach trucks, crane operations, and pallet jacks.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) like Odoo or similar inventory management software.
- Experience with warehouse distribution processes including shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, and inventory control.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing.
- Demonstrated understanding of safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation and manual handling procedures.
- Previous warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse operations management is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records of stock movements and inventory levels.
- Technical proficiency in using material handling equipment operation tools while adhering to safety protocols.
