Our Company manufactures and imports products for sale. We have sales and marketing employees in several states. We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of managing accounts payable experience , plus 3-5 years of payroll processing (Paylocity is a must).
Responsibilities
Accounts Payable:
- Intermediate Excel Skills (test will be given)
- Journal Entries, Completes and Assists with Audits
- Month-End Processes including Accruals
- Knowledge of Sales & Use Tax Law including assessing use tax
- Processing W9's and 1099's
- Process PO's via a 3-way match
- Experience with Expense Report Software
- Banking Experience to include setup of foreign templates, setting up ACH's and Wires.
- Check processing
Payroll
- Bi-Weekly, Multi-State payroll
- Bi-Weekly, CAD payroll
- Maintain employee payroll profiles
- State tax registrations
- Reconcile benefit invoices
- Completes journal entry workbook monthly
- Assists with audits as needed
- Maintain electronic employee files
- Audit & process Employee Expense Reports
- Enters and Approves 401k and HSA contributions bi-weekly

Pay: $30.00 - $31.00 per hour
