JOB SUMMARY
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Proficiency in operating programmable measurement equipment (e.g., optical comparators).

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
-
Understanding of AIAG PPAP elements, including PSW, control plans, CpK/PpK, MSA, and dimensional layouts.

Strong data entry and computer skills.
-
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience in rubber/polymer molded product manufacturing is a plus.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED required.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality or related fields (e.g., engineering, technology, logistics, customer service, production leadership).

At least 1 year of experience with automotive PPAP preferred.
