About the Role

What You’ll Need
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone
- Fluent English and strong, confident communication skills— customer service is key!
- 2+ years of residential cleaning experience
- Ability to organize your own schedule and keep your cleaning supplies stocked
- Ability to be consistently reliable and punctuality
- A mindset of professionalism and accountability — you’ll be the face of our service in the homes you clean
- Willingness to pass a background check (we pay for it!)
