We are hiring experienced Residential Construction Tradesmen for our client that specializes in high-end residential construction and renovation projects in the Pawleys Island area. Their team specializes in custom homes, remodels, and detailed finish work, and takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship on every project.
Open Positions & Pay:
Residential Carpenter – $25/hr
Residential Painter – $20+/hr
Residential Plumber – $25–$27/hr
Sheetrock Finishers – $22–$25/hr
What You’ll Be Doing:
Working on custom residential builds and renovations
Performing trade-specific tasks with attention to detail
Maintaining clean and professional job sites
Collaborating with a skilled team to deliver high-quality results
Requirements:
Prior experience in Residential Construction
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, climb, stand for 8+ hours a day, and work in varying conditions and/or heights
What We Offer:
Weekly Pay
Steady, full-time work
PTO and Paid holidays when hired on
$2 pay increase after probationary period
