Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Order Management
- Respond to inquiries promptly by phone and email
- Process purchase orders and send order acknowledgments
- Track shipments, handle tracing, and resolve claims or complaints
- Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Liaise with Operations & Logistics to ensure on‑time delivery
- Maintain accurate administrative records for both external and internal stakeholders
- CRM & Reporting
- Update and manage customer data in HubSpot
- Generate and distribute performance reports (e.g. dashboards, daily order summaries)
- Billing & Invoicing
- Prepare and send customer invoices
- Product & Pricing Support
- Field and track new product or pricing requests from the Sales team
- Team Engagement
- Participate in cross‑functional and monthly Sales meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 3+ years of directly related customer service experience
- Skills & Attributes
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Active listening and professional phone/email etiquette
- Strong math and problem‑solving abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Coachable, dependable, team‑oriented, yet able to work independently
