We’re hiring enthusiastic and attentive individuals who can multitask as Baristas, Cashiers, and Ice Cream Scoopers. Ideal candidates love interacting with people, pay attention to detail, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the creamery and cafe operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and customer engagement.
- Supervise staff recruitment, training, development, and scheduling to maintain high standards of service and team morale.
- Preparing drinks, coffee, smoothies, and boba teas (training will be provided)
- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages (lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, macchiatos) and brewed coffee to a high standard.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Handle shift management responsibilities including supervising staff during busy hours, resolving customer issues promptly, and maintaining smooth daily operations.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food production to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards through regular inspections and staff training.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Oversee kitchen management including cooking processes, food presentation, and quality control to deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Handling cash register/POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assisting teammates and multitasking efficiently during shifts
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings.
- Proven supervisory experience with strong leadership skills in team management and staff development.
- Prior barista or customer service experience preferred; entry-level candidates welcome with a strong work ethic.
- Fundamental knowledge of coffee, espresso extraction, and milk texturing; willingness to learn and improve.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required.
- Prior food retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Energetic personality with excellent customer service skills
- Able to multitask effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and attentive to details
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
