Qualifications:
- Current Georgia Esthetician License required
- Current Laser Practitioner License required
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in aesthetics and laser treatments
- Must currently maintain an existing book of business and loyal client following
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment planning
- Experience with consultation, treatment planning, and patient retention
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, polished, and team-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred Experience:
- Laser skin resurfacing
- IPL and pigment treatments
- Skin tightening technologies
- RF microneedling
- Chemical peels
- Advanced facial treatments
- Medical-grade skincare sales and treatment plans
- Membership and package sales
Responsibilities:
- Perform aesthetic and laser treatments safely and effectively
- Conduct consultations and create individualized treatment plans
- Build long-term patient relationships and retention strategies
- Educate patients on skincare and treatment options
- Assist with selecting and launching new devices and skincare lines
- Help grow the aesthetic and laser division of the practice
