Environment Control is seeking a professional, motivated, and reliable candidate to manage the work activities of cleaners and janitorial personnel in multiple commercial and industrial establishments in the Wadsworth , Twinsburg, Cleveland and surrounding areas. WE ARE SEEKING A CANDIDATE WHO HAS THE ABILITY TO TRAVEL TO ALL OF THESE AREAS. You will have access to the company vehicle so you must be willing to come to our office in Twinsburg every day.Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action. Cover open sections/routes when employees are absent. Clean assigned accounts. Train new employees on proper methods and procedures. Make sure accounts are stocked with supplies and equipment, take periodic inventories, and recommend corrective action. Starting Salary is $20.00 per hour. This is a Part-Time position working approximately 4-6 hours Monday-Friday Must be available between 7am-1pm.
*Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation, and Must live not more than 15-20 minutes from job's locations.

Duties:
1)Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in janitorial services.
2)Assigns janitorial work to employees along with training all new hires.
3)Inspects work performed to ensure compliance to specifications and established standards.
4)Records basic personnel data on specified forms.
5)Recommends personnel actions, such as hires and discharges, to ensure proper staffing.
6)Communicates with staff to resolve quality and personnel issues.
7)Assists with possible start ups of new accounts and fills in for openings and call-offs at accounts
8)Communicate with HR the need to hire and/or terminate employees.
Requirements:
1. Have an eye for detail
2. Be able to work independently
3. Pass a criminal background check
4. Must have few to zero moving violations and a valid drivers license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance
5. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
6.Must be reliable-excellent attendance required for this position
