We are in need of a full-time groundskeeper for 2 apartment communities. One is located in Fenton and the other in Arnold. The days are rotated between the 2 locations or where needed for any special projects.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Prune the bushes and trees, edge the walkways and give the grounds a manicured look
Blowing out breezeways, along sidewalks and around clubhouse
Routine power washing of breezeways
Take on special landscaping, planting projects or any other projects as deemed necessary by the property manager/owner
Collaborate with maintenance team to make sure the grounds and the building are always properly cared for
Trash and pet pick up when needed
Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on the lawn care equipment and tools
Help with snow removal equipment during the winter to keep all of the walkways and building entrances cleared and safe
Compensation to be discussed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
