As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in COLLINS, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a food and beverage production location.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts according to post instructions.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report maintenance, access control, and/or policy concerns.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries, and report suspicious behavior, restricted area violations, and/or other security-related issues.

Support facility operations by observing equipment zones, trailer and vehicle traffic, and high-activity areas for potential concerns while following Allied Universal post orders and client-directed protocols.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
