Pay Range: $24.00-$28.00 hourly (based on experience and certification)

Job duties:
-Must be available to assist in completion of maintenance duties at our communities at Boise and Meridian. Reliable transportation required.
-Implement and document preventative maintenance program for facility equipment
-Maintain community grounds including outside building repairs, lawn maintenance and garbage
-Maintain inside of building, offices, and common areas, including carpet and furniture cleaning, removal of trash and upkeep of vinyl floors
-Prepares apartments for move-in and completes refurbishing of units after move-outs
-Maintains fire safety and emergency records required by regulations
-Observes problems, concerns, issues observed with resident units, the building and the grounds and communicates them to owner/administrator to find solutions to implement
-Other duties as assigned
