Experienced Carpenter
Holzer Property Management, LLC is looking for an experienced, dependable carpenter to join our growing local team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works hard, and understands the importance of getting the job done right.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced carpenter looking for steady work with a local company serving communities throughout the Adirondacks and North Country.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of residential carpentry and construction work
- Framing, finish carpentry, repairs, renovations, and general construction
- Measure, cut, install, and assemble building materials accurately
- Complete projects with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Safely and properly use hand and power tools
- Work independently when needed and effectively as part of a crew
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with team members, customers, and property owners
- Assist with other construction and property-related projects as needed
Qualifications
- Previous carpentry or residential construction experience preferred
- Experience with framing, finish work, renovations, or general carpentry is a plus
- Reliable, hardworking, and dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Takes pride in producing quality work
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and complete projects efficiently
- Willingness to work on a variety of projects and job sites
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Compensation
Pay is based on experience.
