About the Role
Enjoy working with people, technology, and special events? Photo Booths of Wisconsin is looking for dependable, coachable, and personable individuals to join our wedding and special-event team.
Our Photo Booth Operators deliver, set up, operate, and tear down photo booth equipment; help guests create fun memories; communicate with clients and vendors; and keep each event running smoothly.
No professional photo booth experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training for candidates who bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare for weddings and special events using client details, timelines, and company procedures.
- Transport, set up, operate, and tear down photo booth equipment, backdrops, props, cameras, lighting, and printers.
- Greet guests, explain how the booth works, and assist with posing, props, prints, and digital sharing.
- Keep the photo booth area organized, inviting, and running smoothly throughout the event.
- Communicate professionally with clients, venue staff, photographers, planners, DJs, and other event professionals.
- Handle changes or basic technical issues calmly while representing Photo Booths of Wisconsin professionally and caring for company equipment.

What We’re Looking For
Dependable, punctual, personable, and comfortable receiving coaching and feedback.
- No photo booth experience required—just an interest in events, photography, technology, customer service, and learning.
- Friendly and comfortable greeting guests, giving directions, and creating an upbeat experience.
- Comfortable learning photo booth software, cameras, printers, lighting, digital-sharing tools, equipment setup, and basic troubleshooting.
- Responsive to work-related calls, texts, and emails.
- Willing to follow company standards for appearance, communication, equipment care, guest service, and event procedures.

Schedule, Travel & Physical Requirements
- Available for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday events—including afternoon setup, evenings, late-night teardown, and assignments scheduled with advance notice.
- Located within approximately 20 miles of Fond du Lac.
- Willing to travel to different event locations, with reliable transportation and access to a vehicle capable of carrying photo booth equipment when needed.
- Able to safely lift and move equipment weighing up to approximately 80 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Comfortable standing and remaining active for several hours at indoor or outdoor venues.
