American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week night shift contract requiring GE and Toshiba/Canon scanner experience, outpatient experience, and active Oregon licensure.

Hospital-based CT Scan unit
-
Outpatient experience required in addition to inpatient CT experience
-
GE and Toshiba/Canon CT scanners are used in this unit
-
3x12-hour night shifts, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM (Sunday, Friday, Saturday)

No on-call requirements; a minimum of 3 techs are scheduled per shift

Epic EMR is used for charting
-
1-2 years of CT Technologist experience required
-
Graduate of an imaging technology program approved by applicable licensing bodies
-
Active Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) license in radiography required — no pending licenses accepted; license required if applicable

ARRT registration in radiography required
-
CT licensure via OBMI or ARRT CT registration required
-
BLS certification from the AHA required
-
Hands-on experience with GE and Toshiba/Canon CT equipment required

IV skills required
-
Epic charting proficiency required — no exceptions

COVID vaccination required; no exemptions accepted

Performs diagnostic CT procedures following ARRT guidelines in a safe, quality-focused manner

May be required to float to a nearby sister hospital

Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been gone for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler

RTO requests are strict — any time off must be disclosed upfront and cannot be changed once submitted; additional requests may result in cancellation
