Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday
Sales Team is trying to fill a position for an articulate, energetic, and skilled Customer Service Representative in a growing Metal Manufacturing Company. Are you someone who loves helping in creating durable and productive customer relationships? Then this may be the role for you.
This role will be situated in a very busy, challenging, and dynamic environment.
- Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion
- Receive and send written business correspondence
- Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using our POS system
- Manage high volume of incoming telephone calls
- Able to successfully manage 13 different phone lines
- Write up orders and work closely with our sales team
- Remain constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a positive experience
- Perform all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable operation
- Have a positive and teachable attitude
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- High School Education or equivalent
- Team player but capable of working independently
- Bilingual preferred
- Customer Service experience: 2 years (Required)
