We're seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing team. Our client, a leading industrial company, is looking for an experienced technician to join their on-site operations in Sussex, WI. This Temp to Perm role offers a first shift schedule and the opportunity to work across CNC equipment and facility maintenance.
CNC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on CNC lathes and machining centers, including diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Conduct machine tear-downs, rebuilds, and electrical wiring, utilizing schematics and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with OEMs and outside vendors to resolve complex equipment concerns.
- Support general facility maintenance, such as HVAC, lighting, and exterior repairs.
- Document maintenance activities accurately in the computerized maintenance management system and communicate updates to teams.
CNC Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, specifically with CNC equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Experience repairing CNC lathes and machining centers.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
