Woofie’s of Annapolis is looking for an experienced Pet Groomer to help train and mentor our bathers and groomers. You’ll provide hands-on instruction, improve technique, and help our team deliver high-quality, compassionate grooming services.
What You’ll Do:
- Teach breed-standard cuts, scissoring, and styling.
- Coach groomers on handling anxious pets with care.
- Improve efficiency while keeping pets safe and comfortable.
- Share best practices on tools, maintenance, and sanitation.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years professional grooming experience.
- Training/mentoring experience preferred.
- Strong breed-specific grooming skills.
- Friendly, patient, and passionate about pets.
