Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Care Physical Therapist.
Coverage need for the Berks county area.
- Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
- Guaranteed work week (40 hours)

Requires 1 year of recent Home Health Physical Therapy experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
