We are seeking a General Sales Manager. As General Sales Manager, you will lead our sales operation from the top — driving performance, developing managers, and creating a culture of accountability and growth. This is a high-impact role for a proven automotive leader who knows how to build a winning team and deliver consistent results.

Lead, coach, and develop sales managers and the broader sales team to consistently hit volume and gross profit targets
Set and monitor monthly sales forecasts; manage new, used, and F&I performance in partnership with department heads
Oversee floor traffic management, closing ratios, and the customer experience from first contact through delivery
Manage inventory levels with the GM, ensuring the right vehicle mix to meet market demand
Conduct regular sales meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews
Ensure CRM usage and follow-up processes are followed consistently across the sales team
Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management or desk role
Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding monthly sales targets
Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Experience with dealership CRM and DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
Valid driver's license with a clean MVR
