Description: OpSource is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our production floor running at its best. This is a hands-on, high-impact role — you'll own preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and drive continuous improvement across our equipment and systems.
If you're self-motivated, mechanically sharp, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment, this is a role where you can make a real difference every shift. We operate to ISO and IATF standards, and we take both safety and quality seriously.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Complete preventive maintenance work orders on production floor equipment — on time and to standard.
Perform shift mechanic functions including mechanical repairs, adjustments, and equipment inspections.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues with minimal downtime.
Execute non-routine maintenance projects as directed by management.
Read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints, schematics, and PLC-related documentation.
Actively identify and support continuous process improvement opportunities.
Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all plant safety rules and EHS guidelines.
