Shift Supervisor Duties:

Checks food quality.
-
Provides excellent Guest service and ensures Guest satisfaction and retention.

Makes sure restaurant is kept clean and sanitized.

Dispatches orders to drivers.
-
Pitches in and performs a variety of tasks as needed.
-
Be able to work all positions.
-
Does all cash drops for drivers.
-
Does nightly shift and POS closing procedure.
-
Door-hangs.
-
Leads by example.
