We are looking for someone who is a self starter that is comfortable working solo or with a team, energetic, focused and dependable. The ideal candidate is a self motivated, hard working individual.

WORK SCHEDULE:
Wednesday 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM AND Thursday through Sunday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
** MUST WORK WEEKENDS
** APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE ***
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Goal is to keep the center free of debris and liability
- Walk entire center and handpick debris from walkways, parking lot and landscape areas
- Clean window sills, garbage cans, stainless steel, escalators, etc
- Will be trained on power washing, watering, cold-patching
- Work all year / All Seasons / Outdoors
- Must be comfortable working in all weather types
We ask that all applicants have the following qualifications: Must have a valid/clean drivers license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Clear communications skills
- Ability to work without close supervision once directed on task.
- Obeys and follows all safety rules on the job site and encourages others to do the same
- Maintains a good relationship with co-workers and works well with others to accomplish a task
- Positive and productive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Driving in a company work vehicle from site to site
- Walk the entire site and check for debris and hazards
- Blow/ sweep and pick up debris -- sidewalk area, parking lot, back of center around dumpster
- Clean/empty trash receptacles
- Wipe window sills along all store fronts
- Spot clean any spills on sidewalk and dirty areas with mop and bucket
- Power washing
- Remove any flyers/posters attached to the building, signage or light poles
- Remove/report bulk trash
- Identify and report liabilities and hazards
- Complete daily checklist
- Emergency response

Compensation: HOURLY/PAID WEEKLY EVERY FRIDAY - Rate depends on experience
