What You’ll Do:
- Assess & Ensure Quality: Perform initial assessments and ongoing quality check-ins in clients' homes to create custom care plans and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
- Train & Empower: Lead engaging skill training sessions for our caregivers.
- Collaborate: Serve as the clinical liaison between seniors, families, and our internal operations team.
Qualifications:
- License: Active, unencumbered RN license in North Carolina.
- Experience: 3+ years in Home Care, Home Health, or Geriatric Nursing preferred.
- Skills: Strong clinical documentation habits, organization, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Logistics: Valid NC driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance (traveling to clients in Rocky Mount, Greenville, Tarboro, Winterville, Farmville, Ayden, and surrounding areas).
