Professional Residential Housekeeper
Freshkey Cleaning (freshkeycleaning.com) is seeking motivated, dependable, and experienced residential cleaners to join our growing team. We’re looking for individuals with strong home-cleaning experience who are available primarily on weekdays—with optional weekend opportunities!
You’ll have full control over your schedule through our platform, selecting the hours and days you want to work. Our service areas include Middlesex, Suffolk, and Norfolk County, and we prioritize assigning you jobs within your preferred radius to minimize travel time.
We provide a supportive, responsive administrative team that handles your scheduling, books clients for you, and manages all customer service needs—so you can focus on delivering excellent cleanings. We also handle all payment collection for completed jobs, making your workflow simple and stress-free.
Freshkey Cleaning is proudly locally built, locally run, and locally committed. We offer pay rates well above minimum wage because we believe skilled cleaners deserve fair compensation for the quality and care they bring to each home.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning is required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate when needed
- Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and occasional short-notice requests
- Excellent time-management skills and consistent punctuality
- Ability to obtain general liability insurance
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality cleaning in assigned homes, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
- Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas
- Report any maintenance concerns or safety issues promptly
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety standards to ensure a safe work environment
