Angel Haven by the Creek is a small, nurse-owned Adult Family Home providing high-quality care in a calm, home-like environment looking to hire a night shift position. We specialize in residents who need a higher level of nursing support to include Tracheostomies and Ventilators, Complex Wounds etc. Our low staff-to-resident ratio allows our team to focus on quality, not quantity.
We are looking for a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for Night Shift. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and enjoys working in a close-knit home environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide daily nursing care and medication administration
- Monitor residents and report condition changes to the RN and physician
- Complete charting and follow care plans accurately
- Support and oversee caregivers under nurse delegation
- Maintain infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams
- Escort patients to appointments
Qualifications
- Active Washington State LPN License (required)
- Previous experience in long-term care, home health, or adult family home preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Compassionate and team-oriented
Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
