Overview:
Mother of Providence Regional Catholic School is seeking a reliable, organized, and energetic individual to serve as the Nutritional Development Services (NDS) Lunch Coordinator. This part-time position plays an essential role in ensuring students receive healthy meals in a safe, welcoming environment. The NDS Lunch Coordinator will manage the daily operations of the school lunch program in accordance with Archdiocesan, local, and federal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily lunch distribution, including delivery check-in and setup
- Maintain accurate records of meal counts and student eligibility
- Submit required documentation and reports to NDS in a timely manner
- Ensure food safety standards and cleanliness of the serving area
- Communicate with school administration and NDS representatives
- Supervise and support volunteers or aides assisting with lunch service
- Manage equipment and supply inventory
- Attend periodic training sessions as required by NDS
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in food service or school settings preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to the mission of Catholic education
- Clearances required: FBI Fingerprint, Child Abuse, Criminal Background Check, and Protecting God's Children course.
Schedule:
Approximately 4 to 5 hours per school day, Monday through Friday, during lunch hours. (Exact times may vary based on the school schedule.)

Pay: $15.00 - $16.25 per hour
