Position Overview
DW Design Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and design-minded Studio Manager/operations lead to oversee daily studio operations and support the execution of high-end residential and boutique commercial interior design projects.
This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency, professionalism, and precision our projects require. The Studio Manager serves as the operational backbone of the firm — managing workflows, vendor coordination and scheduling, order tracking, financial oversight, including banking, writing up estimates, invoices and purchase orders, and client communications — while fostering a collaborative studio environment that upholds our brand standards.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting and is confident managing multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
Position Summary
- Lead daily operations of a luxury interior design studio
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and logistics
- Track financials including proposals, deposits, and invoicing
- Maintain organized systems and ensure project accuracy
- Proficient in filing and accounting as well as banking responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and installation scheduling
- Review and track custom furniture and materials orders
- Manage vendor communications and acknowledgments
- Support budgeting and expense tracking
- Maintain studio organization and sample inventory
- Assist with payroll and bookkeeping tasks
- Ability to write up Estimates, Invoices, and Purchase Orders
- Experience with Banking responsibilities and accounting
- Scheduling appointments with Clients, Builders, etc.
- Foster positive team culture and workflow efficiency
Requirements
- 3+ years studio management or luxury project coordination experience
- Strong organizational, filing and multitasking skills
- Experience with budgeting and financial tracking
- Proficiency in QuickBooks online, 3+ years experience
- Proficiency in Excel; accounting software preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
