Responsibilities
· Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
· Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
· Maintain HVAC systems and replace worn components
· Respond quickly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime
· Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders
Preferred Qualifications
· 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
· Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
· Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
· Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
