We are a growing handyman company looking to partner with experienced, independent service providers for ongoing subcontract work. This is not an employee position — you run your own operation, we bring you the jobs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Completing residential and light commercial handyman repairs and maintenance across a variety of service types
- Communicating directly with homeowners on-site in a professional, courteous manner
- Providing job status updates and proactive communication to our team throughout each job
- Cleaning up your work area upon job completion
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues as they arise on the job
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on handyman or general repair experience
- Competency in at least 5–8 service categories (e.g. drywall, carpentry, plumbing repairs, tile, painting, door/window repair, furniture assembly, etc.)
- Own tools and reliable transportation — required
- Active General Liability Insurance — proof required before any work is assigned
- Strong problem-solving mindset; ability to assess a situation and troubleshoot independently
- Excellent communication skills — timely responses to texts, calls, and updates are non-negotiable
- Clean, professional appearance and respectful attitude toward homeowners
- Ability to clean up fully after each job
What We're NOT Looking For
- Single-trade specialists (electricians, plumbers only, HVAC only, etc.)
- Anyone who cannot provide proof of insurance
- Anyone without their own tools and vehicle
Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour
