At THEORY Physical Therapy, we believe there is a need — and a desire — for every person to have a dedicated primary physical therapist who truly understands how their body moves, how it responds to treatment, and what it takes to get them back to doing what they love.

Who We're Looking For

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teammates and healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Develop discharge plans and support long-term patient success
- Supervise rehabilitation technicians as appropriate
- Participate in clinic education, mentoring, and community outreach initiatives
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure) in Illinois
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and support
- Experienced clinicians are welcome and valued
