702Greens is a growing Las Vegas food business specializing in fresh, nutrient-dense microgreens. We grow to order, harvest fresh, pack accurately, and deliver same day to homes, restaurants, gyms, yoga studios, and wellness-focused customers across the city.
We are building the next layer of our operations team and looking for someone dependable, hands-on, and serious about growth.
This is not just a farm helper role. This is a hands-on operations role with a path to real responsibility for the right person.
The right person may have experience in kitchens, restaurants, warehouses, fulfillment, retail, food production, delivery operations, hospitality, or any environment where timing, cleanliness, accuracy, and execution matter.
The Role
You will start by learning the operation from the ground up.
That means farm tasks, harvest prep, packing, cleaning, tray washing, inventory, fulfillment, route prep, and early mornings.
No one leads the operation here without first understanding the operation.
If you prove reliability, speed, accuracy, ownership, and consistency, this role can grow into a larger operations position with more responsibility and higher compensation.
What You’ll Do
Support daily farm operations including watering, cleaning, tray washing, harvest prep, and production tasks
Pack and prepare orders accurately
Help maintain inventory, supplies, labels, packing areas, and daily checklists
Keep the farm, packing areas, and workspaces clean, organized, and on schedule
Follow systems, checklists, packing standards, and daily procedures
Spot mistakes before they become problems
Help with loading, unloading, fulfillment prep, and route readiness
Assist with local deliveries when needed
Occasionally support farmers markets, pop-ups, or local events
Take on more responsibility as trust and performance grow

Requirements
Must live in Las Vegas and be able to work in person
Available for early morning starts, including 6 AM when needed
Comfortable being on your feet
Comfortable lifting, carrying, washing, cleaning, packing, organizing, and repeating detailed tasks
Valid driver’s license
Smartphone with GPS
Clean driving record preferred
Reliable vehicle preferred
Compensation
Starting pay: $20–$25/hour during training and ramp-up, depending on experience, reliability, and responsibility.
Expected hours: 25–35 hours/week to start.
Reliable, high-performing team members can grow into $4,000–$6,000/month operations roles as responsibility increases.
This role starts with paid training and a ramp-up period.
