Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to provide personalized service that exceeds expectations.
- Manage multiple orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring accurate billing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws.
- Restock bar supplies regularly, including garnishes, beverages, glassware, and utensils to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours.
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere suitable for nightclubs, banquets, or casual dining settings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
- Basic math skills for accurate cashiering, retail math calculations, and tab management.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with food industry standards related to serving alcohol responsibly and promoting safe consumption.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques or catering experience is a plus but not required.
