- Supervise and support nursing staff during the 3 PM – 11 PM shift.
- Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and clinical decision-making.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to nursing staff.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
