We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals, emphasizing process improvement, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee procurement activities including direct negotiation with suppliers to secure optimal terms, pricing, and delivery schedules while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to perform demand forecasting analysis, supply chain analytics, and root cause analysis for process inefficiencies.
- Manage logistics inventory management and inventory demand forecasting to ensure optimal stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and improve inventory control accuracy.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, or other MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to streamline operations and enhance data visibility.
- Coordinate production planning and demand planning activities using tools like SAP and Power BI to align manufacturing schedules with customer demand.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Six Sigma methodologies like Kaizen and Lean management principles to optimize workflows and eliminate waste throughout the supply chain.
- Conduct quantitative analysis for supply chain decision-making processes including logistics optimization, procurement strategies, and inventory demand forecasting.
- Facilitate direct negotiation procurement processes with vendors to secure favorable terms while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency, logistics performance, inventory accuracy, and procurement effectiveness to support strategic decision-making.
Skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS or similar platforms for supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Tableau, Power BI, SQL for data visualization and quantitative analysis.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies including Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean manufacturing practices.
- Extensive knowledge of logistics inventory management, demand forecasting analysis, procurement processes, and manufacturing operations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through change management initiatives focused on continuous improvement.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record in direct procurement negotiations.
- Familiarity with MRP systems (Material Requirements Planning) for production planning and inventory control.
- Strong understanding of supply chain analytics tools and techniques to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across departments including manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and executive leadership.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
