We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales operations at our iconic Harley-Davidson dealership. Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team
- Drive motorcycle, F&I, and accessory sales performance
- Create and execute sales strategies to exceed dealership goals
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and dealership culture
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and sales processes
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous H-D Sales Manager preferred
- Management experience required
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid motorcycle endorsement required
- Passion for the Harley-Davidson lifestyle and brand

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- Sales Manager: 1 year (Required)
- H-D Sales Manager : 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
