About the Role
The 905 Room is looking for dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented team members to help create exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Part-Time 905 Room Staff member, you’ll be responsible for preparing the venue, welcoming guests, assisting during events, and ensuring every celebration reflects the high standards of LeFleur Floral Design + Events.
Whether it’s a bridal shower, corporate gathering, birthday party, or intimate wedding, you’ll help create a seamless, beautiful experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Welcome clients, guests, and vendors with a warm, professional attitude.
- Serve as the on-site venue representative during events.
- Answer guest questions and assist with venue needs throughout the event.
- Ensure clients have everything they need for a successful event.
Venue Preparation & Event Support
- Prepare the venue before each event according to established standards.
- Set up and arrange tables, chairs, décor, linens, and event accessories.
- Ensure the venue is clean, organized, and event-ready before guest arrival.
- Monitor the venue during events, restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness.
- Assist with event breakdown and resetting the venue for the next event.
- Report any maintenance concerns, damaged inventory, or guest issues promptly.
Operations
- Follow opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with inventory organization and storage.
- Maintain cleanliness in all event spaces, restrooms, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Support the LeFleur team with seasonal projects and venue improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, customer service, restaurant, retail, or event experience is preferred.
- Friendly, professional, and dependable.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Comfortable using technology, including smartphones and basic event management apps.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Schedule & Availability
- Part-time position.
- Must be available evenings and weekends.
- Flexible schedule based on booked events.
- Additional hours may be available during wedding and holiday seasons.
Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
