We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee and grow the operations of a bath remodeling company. This is a replacement role for a key leadership position and is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, results-driven professional.
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations including sales, production, and installation teams

Manage project flow from sale to installation to ensure timely, high-quality completion

Lead, train, and motivate office and field staff

Monitor job costing, budgets, and overall profitability

Improve operational efficiency and implement process improvements

Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure strong customer satisfaction

Work closely with ownership on business strategy and growth initiatives
Requirements:

Previous management experience in home improvement, remodeling, or construction (bath or kitchen remodeling strongly preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Understanding of job costing, scheduling, and operational workflows

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
