Sagamore is searching for a dependable, hard working diesel mechanic. Job requirements include but are not limited to:
1. Diagnosing and repairing Detroit series 60 engines.
2. Diagnosing and repairing general maintenance issues of trucks and trailers.
3. Preventive Maintenance
4. Determining most cost effective repairs
Pay rate is based on experience and qualifications. Overtime available.
Health Insurance is offered. There is a 180-day qualification period.
There will be a 90 Day-Review, which includes an evaluation of the position.
- The evaluation will include, but is not limited to: a review of your performance, attendance, willingness to work, ability to get along with others, and resourcefulness.
Failing the evaluation could result in a restructure of hours, pay-cut, or termination.
