Hotel ZaZa Memorial City is seeking a friendly and service driven Breakfast Attendant to join our dynamic team. The Coffee Attendant is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and energizing start to each guest’s day by delivering exceptional coffee service in a refined, guest-centric environment. This role ensures the coffee station is consistently stocked, visually appealing, and reflective of the Hotel ZaZa brand standards. The Coffee Attendant combines efficiency with personality, enhancing the guest experience through thoughtful service and attention to detail.

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other specialty drinks in accordance with established recipes and brand standards
- Set up, maintain, and break down the coffee station, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal at all times
- Greet guests warmly, engage in friendly conversation, and provide attentive, personalized service
- Monitor inventory of coffee, condiments, and supplies; restock proactively to ensure continuous availability
- Maintain high standards of sanitation, safety, and compliance with health regulations
- Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions, and accommodate special requests whenever possible
- Collaborate with the food & beverage and culinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and contribute to a positive, luxury atmosphere
- Handle guest concerns or feedback professionally, escalating when necessary

Previous experience in hospitality, café, or food & beverage service preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment (espresso machines, grinders, etc.) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a naturally friendly and upbeat demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and brand standards
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service aligned with luxury hospitality expectations
