At Catalyst Point, we partner with AT&T to deliver reliable wireless and internet solutions to local businesses across the Charlotte area. We’re currently hiring motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives.
This is an entry-level opportunity with in house training, hands-on mentorship, and clear growth potential. No prior telecom experience is required — we’re looking for driven individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build real skills in sales and customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with local businesses in assigned territories to introduce AT&T wireless and internet solutions
- Build rapport, ask the right questions, and recommend services tailored to each customer’s needs
- Educate customers on available products, promotions, and service options
- Provide a professional, positive experience from first interaction through enrollment
- Work alongside a supportive team and leadership group focused on growth and development
- Continuously improve sales and communication skills through training and coaching
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience is a plus (not required)
- Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture
- Reliable transportation for daily travel to the office and assigned territories
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: Performance-based earnings averaging $1000-$1200 per week
- Training: on going, hands-on training provided
