Pay & Benefits
- Pay Range: $45 - $50/hr depending on experience + bonus opportunity
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 gross after 60 days, another $2,000 after 180 days of continuous employment
- Additional Compensation: Overtime, mileage, and car reimbursement (where applicable)

What You’ll Do
- Manage a caseload of ALS and Pediatric ventilation patients within your territory
- Serve as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
- Set up and troubleshoot specialized respiratory equipment
- Provide patient education on ventilation and respiratory care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Support and train family members or caregivers as required
- Perform on-call duties, providing consultation outside of regular hours
What You Need
- Active respiratory or nursing license (RRT, RN, CRT) in MA or eligible out-of-state license
- Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience required
- Home healthcare or pediatric care experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and problem-solving ability
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and transport equipment, perform detailed documentation, and work independently
