We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Production Assistants to join our growing manufacturing team in Albuquerque. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Roll Assembly: Carefully measure, fill, and roll products to meet company standards for quality and consistency.
- Packaging: Prepare finished goods for distribution, ensuring all packaging is secure, professional, and compliant with regulations.
- Labeling: Apply product labels with precision, maintaining accuracy in strain names, batch numbers, and compliance details.
- Production Line Support: Assist with various tasks along the line, including organizing materials, maintaining workflow, and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Biotrack Data Entry: Accurately input production and inventory data into Biotrack software to ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products at each stage to ensure they meet company standards before moving forward.
- Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols to protect both staff and product integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Comfortable working with your hands and performing repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills; experience with Biotrack or similar compliance software is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or cannabis production preferred but not required.
