Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive chiropractic care focused on musculoskeletal health, pain relief, and patient rehabilitation. This role involves evaluating patient conditions, developing personalized care plans, and utilizing evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes. The Chiropractor will work closely with patients to manage acute and chronic pain, promote wellness, and support overall musculoskeletal health through precise diagnosis and treatment.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments including physical examinations, biomechanical analysis, and medical history review.
- Observe patient condition and monitor progress throughout treatment plans.
- Diagnose musculoskeletal issues using clinical skills and medical imaging when necessary.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans incorporating techniques such as trigger point therapy, physical assessments, and pain management strategies.
- Manage acute pain and facilitate patient rehabilitation through evidence-based chiropractic interventions.
- Utilize EMR/EHR systems to document patient information accurately and maintain detailed medical records.
- Perform physical examinations focusing on anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics to identify underlying issues.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications related to occupational health.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in chiropractic techniques, medical terminology, and musculoskeletal diagnostics.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure to practice chiropractic medicine.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and medical imaging.
- Experience in patient observation, acute pain management, primary care, and occupational health is preferred.
- Proficiency in healthcare diagnosis, medical terminology, EMR/EHR systems, and physical assessments.
- Skilled in pain medicine techniques such as trigger point therapy and evidence-based practice approaches.
- Ability to perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop effective care plans for diverse patient needs.
- Excellent communication skills for patient care education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
